Good to hear you are doing ok. Separation is never easy. Best hope is it doesnât get too ugly and that itâs resolved amicably, but even if things get bad, remember your reasons for leaving and that itâs worth it.

my ex is being a pain, is trying to emotionally manipulate, harass and even subtly coerce

God theyâre a weird bunch, especially when their victims leaves. My ex sent me a reddit dm a few years ago now, no apologies but just saying âweâ weâre both to blame.
Like lol no, no âweâ are not.
Just leave on read where possible. Knowing youâve seen their message, but wonât respond does a number on those types lol
