That’s part of the joke
Comment on laughs in 12 hours, while still driving through texas

Bullshit on the first panel, that’s driving through the narrow part of Michigan, slivers of the narrow parts of 2 states, and a sliver of Illinois. Which is only four states. Texas is an obvious example of a long drive, but also try going through Georgia, lengthwise. That’s at least a 7 hour drive.

That route goes through Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.

Oh is that Iowa? I can barely see the border.
Alright, it’s technically correct at 6 states. Probably the only spot on the Midwest where you could pull this off.

I have walked through 4 states in less than a second. Utah>Colorado>New Mexico

but um akctshually you probably didn’t actually walk the borders because the landmark isn’t really at the geographical 4 corners
Blue_Morpho@lemmy.world 2 days ago
It is legally and officially at the 4 corners. The earlier surveying mistake doesn’t matter because official state boundaries were changed to match the marker.

well shoot. I guess I gobbled up this longstanding misunderstanding, even though it has been corrected for longer than it was ever wrong.
