In the EU people follow too close and produce an accident, get exclusive fault for said accident. So you really couldn’t care less whether they’re doing it, they need to pay for everything and take exclusive responsibility.

  A rear-end is quite easy to prove. The back of your car is fucked, while the front of their car is fucked.

Problem is that they still endanger you. Being right while being seriously injured or dead doesn’t help you a lot.

The problem is that a lot of the people that drive like shit are also driving pieces of shit and could care less. a lot of people are also uninsured and poor.
