Rice with copious amounts of mayo?
We have potato salad, egg salad, chicken salad and probably some other salad, but no rice salad? 🤔

Rice salad is a thing. Add vinegar & oil (not too sharp), sweet corn, then A) ananas, banana, cherry for sweet-savoury B) bell pepper, chickpeas, maybe other vegetables, for a summer dinner
