  At least switch to vaping. It’s 95% less harmful, especially if you go with an open mod and not sketchy gas station liquid.

      Would you say having one shot of liquor is less harmful than drinking a bottle? Or no, because you’re still drinking poison, so, clearly gaslighting yourself.

      You don’t inhale smoke when vaping. You don’t even inhale vapor.

      It’s atomized glycerin, propylene glycol, nicotine, and flavorings (unless you vape unflavored like me).

      Someone needs to look up the term vaping, which comes from the term vapor, there’s a reason vaping isn’t called smoking. Vaping helped both me and my wife eventually quit smoking. It was a great stepping stone to getting clean
