  But we don’t really have the long-term data on vaping. While I might concede with vaping being less detrimental to the lungs than smoking, I am still skeptical towards people saying vaping is a lot better. Smoking doesn’t kill you in a short amount of time, but it has existed way longer than vaping, so of course we have the data.

  What do you mean it’s less harmful? You’re pulling in smoke of course it will be detrimental for your lung. Saying it’s less harmful is just a blatant example of self-gaslighting
