The cure is simple, according to Jesus. Cut off your balls!
(Christians made themselves eunuchs for centuries, this is a “traditional christian value”)
I am no theologian, but I think they only approve of this type of thing if it’s done as a self-punishment or “mortification of the flesh”. Self harm as a punishment for being too horny? Great!
Doing it because it makes you happier and closer to your true self? Sinful! Straight to hell!

The nicene creed had to explicitly ban self castration.
I’m not usually one to support hunting down and suppressing heresies but I’m glad orthodoxy put an end to this practice.
