also, duolingo is annoying because it doesnāt explain principles and rules, just gives exercises

Thereās been quite a few others but this one was the first and best. Back in the 90s there was a book published (I had a copy once) that gave exact instructions for ordering a burger at Maccas and other everyday contemporary tasks - in Latin. Canāt find it now moreās the pity.
