I do churro/snickerdoodle popcorn all the time (turn Churro flavor into snickerdoodle with cream of tartar). I just met this amazing pepper guy who lives one town over and I’ve been doing basically a Santa María steak rub with added habanero powder (grew them himself). I’ve been in love with that for the last few months but I pretty much use my BBQ spice cabinet as popcorn seasonings too. It’s delicious.
