PeelerSheila@aussie.zone â¨9⊠â¨hours⊠agoI love Cempasuchil Mexican Tijuana oil, if you ever see it. I especially love the Oaxacan oil (itâs got a smoky flavour). I used to work with the lady who makes it and the Tijuana oil doesnât mess around.

That sounds like what i want. Iâm surprised by how much chili oil there is around. It must be easy to make if so many people do it

There is a lot of it around, and plenty of it is mediocre as youâve discovered. They use and sell Bippi where I work and itâs ok for what we use it for (Italian style foods that have a little kick in the background like a la vodka sauce, but nothing thatâs going to kick your arse with heat).
