Because this is the name and logo of the CILT. Why would someone change it for a meme when they could copy paste it direct from the site? Why would this group not use their own logo on signs?
Source: I’m an employee in a big company and I don’t have access to a good quality version of our logo. I’ve seen coworkers with a botched logo in their corporate emails.

You would be amazed how many companies and people at companies don’t have good quality versions of their own logo.
