blockheadjt@sh.itjust.works 1 day agoThere’s a theory that the sages died, in which case, lots of sad going around. Link of the gorons losing his dad is probably more sad than the kokiri losing a member. The zora princess dying would be pretty devastating for that people. Etc.

I mean FWIW if the sages die as a theory then in one out of three realities the world is saved and they don’t die. In another reality they die but as a sacrifice to save to world so, while sad, ultimately leads to a better future. And of course in the failure timeline… Well ok that probably is sad all around but that’s only a third of the time at worst.
