From my Head I think she became one of the Seven sages and supported link and thats it, no?

There’s a theory that the sages died, in which case, lots of sad going around. Link of the gorons losing his dad is probably more sad than the kokiri losing a member. The zora princess dying would be pretty devastating for that people. Etc.

I mean FWIW if the sages die as a theory then in one out of three realities the world is saved and they don’t die. In another reality they die but as a sacrifice to save to world so, while sad, ultimately leads to a better future. And of course in the failure timeline… Well ok that probably is sad all around but that’s only a third of the time at worst.

Sehr obviously liked Link enough to let him leave and Saria becoming a sage to protect Hyrule and meeting Adult Link.
