What concerns me is that it’s not THAT the person clogged the toilet… But HOW???
What did they do to the toilet to clog it?

Look babe, I’m just confused. When taking into account the design and construction I just don’t get how a person does that to a porta-potty.

What else was I supposed to do with that homeless man?

Aren’t port-a-potties kinda clogged by design?

They are just a big tank with a toilet seat that suspends you over the tank. The only way to clog a porta-potty is to either fill it completely, or wedge something in the hole that is too big to fit through.

That was more or less my point. A clog, in my metaphorical eyes, means that nothing is passing through.
Even as you described it, nothing is passing through until someone comes to remediate the situation.
