Comment on Hot Ones trying to sneak in the package protection
dmtalon@infosec.pub 7 hours agoAs I said in another comment, I already have an email to send them once I get tracking confirmation (just in case they’re petty enough to take some action). But I want them to know the email is from an actual customer not an internet troll.
I’ve ordered from them a number of times, we like their product, the image above is new, I am 100 % sending them the email
And if they respond appropriately I’ll remain a customer, if they keep it as is and/or do not respond, they will be dead to me.
Benefit of the doubt here a bit, companies sometimes do dumb things where not everyone or the right someone is aware.

Well, if that turns out to be the case, the relationship between us will end. If the world isn’t quite as terrible as you assume maybe it will ? I have hope they will see/read it. I will include this thread as well.
