But if all three votes come at the same time (or same IP assuming mods/mod log have that info) that would be a pretty big clue.

Yup, report to each instance and since you’re on .world, to the .world team as well. I’d recommend matrix or a ticket for .world.
That kind of behavior is pretty well frowned upon no matter which instance.
