    It is when you use multiple accounts to vote multiple times on the same content.

      Agreed - I guess I just interpreted it as having pissed off multiple people.

      But if all three votes come at the same time (or same IP assuming mods/mod log have that info) that would be a pretty big clue.

  Do you happen to know how I can send a message to someone on the fediverse without navigating to their profile? I’m a bit slow but I can’t seem to figure it out. When I go to the instance in question to figure out who the admin is, I can’t message them because I am not logged in on that instance. I tried searching their name in the post/comment search feature, but they don’t seem to always pop up that way.

    You should be able to navigate to their profile from your own instance and hit the button to send a DM to them. AFAIK there’s no place to just type in the user’s account name and send them a DM without using that button unless using an app that has that functionality.

      I guess that’s my difficulty. I don’t how to navigate to their profile from my instance. I only know how to go to their instance to find their profile.

        If the instance you use hasn’t altered the folders used by default you can just append “/u/user@instance/” to the url and it should go to them.

        Search them with this and you should be able to go to their profiles from there.
