At this point I figure I’m so far in the hole I just don’t worry about it much anymore. Plenty of time to catch up once I’m dead.

Yeah, it takes a bit to “pay back” the owed debt, but it’s a matter of a couple if weeks at most. Sleeping well and long for two-three days in a row should already have positive effects. While sleeping long only once might make you feel even more tired - or at least that’s how I feel.
