But I’m leaving very near to Italy and we have many higher quality pizzerias around and mostly no food chains, but just family businesses
Maybe I’m just spoiled ;-)

Not sure who down voted you, but yeah, it’s nice to have some real Italian restaurants around
Sadly I’m missing a real Mexican restaurant, with which the US probably is probably the better place to be - besides actual Mexico of course ;-)

If you’re ever in Bologna, Piedra del Sol has legitimate Mexican food. Finding a place with freshly made tortillas and proper margaritas was a pleasant surprise.

I have to customers in Italy, which I frequently visited the last years, but Bologna will be a bit far for a dinner during a business trip with 10-18h/day
