It’s a conscription. Noone wants to be a cannon fosse over there, mass desertions. Ive seen tons of footage and people are kidnapped from the streets. Thankfully only about 20% of them will make it to front lines, most flee from training camps and hide.

I can’t find a source with any more details beyond “this was in Ukraine”, but it looks like it was either posted to initially or originated from /pol/. A little skepticism is therefore probably warranted?

Whether or not it’s really from Ukraine, it’s not implausible that someone might do something illegal while dressed as Spiderman. People break the law, and if they’re dressed as Spiderman, then they’re likely to be noticed and get arrested.
