No, in general. I just think it’s funny that the internet was invented to transfer information and the first thing we did with it was figure out how to censor it - copyrighted media, news, p*rnography, the word pornography, etc.

It’s not to censor the idea. It’s that dupe detection bots use ocr and fucking with letters can defeat it
And the bots would then take down the image with the offending text?

Well, I mean it’s right there in the image. Although, I guess Lemmy doesn’t have anything directly to do with censoring it.
