That probably violates the law in your state, if you want to report it to the Office of Weights and Measures. The people I know that have worked in grocery stores say the only time the government was ever up their ass was when someone called the OWM. Might be called Department or Bureau instead of Office in your state.

These are run by the states, Trump isn’t an all powerful dictator and it’s silly to treat him like one. If state governments want to enforce state laws there’s little he can do about it.

That’s a related but separate issue. The OWM deals with accuracy in what’s being sold, specifically the price per unit weight. This is objectively inaccurately labeled, and not what the article you linked is about.
