I just finished the power leveling last night.
Huge mistake. Now all you have left to do is martyr yourself for the benefit of your nefarious ex-best friend’s political ambitions.
Comment on Easy Delivery Co. I'll just be a little car driving a kei truck around a mountain town.

Ramza from FFT power leveled to 99 with the Summoner job maxed. I just finished the power leveling last night.
Yup. I’m good with that.

Remaster? Is the Zeklaus desert level down trap still around? I used to exploit that for min/maxing levels so hard.

No, Original from the PS1. I’m playing an archipelago right now (which is a blast if you’ve never done one before). The archipelago only supports the OG FFT, not even the WotL version. So I actually have Ramza, Agrias, Mustadio, Orlandu, and Cloud in my party.
Normally for power leveling I would just isolate an enemy in a fight, make sure everyone has the xp boost skill and the squire job skills equipped, then just use accumulate.
But this time, since I had special characters in my party, only Ramza could have his squire skills. Everyone else couldn’t get Squire and their Squire replacement didn’t have a 100% hit skill that could be used indefinitely like accumulate so I had to improvise.
I gave everyone thief with steal gil. I then surrounded an archer so we were inside their range and therefore they couldn’t attack. Then just stole gil constantly while Ramza used his squire job to level himself up. Min/Maxed this setup by having Orlandu have the Knight job skills and lowered the enemy speed as low as it would go. Then I had Ramza alternate between Yell to increase the speed of a party member and Scream to increase his own speed along with some other stats. I was getting through about 7 or 8 full rotations of my characters for every 1 action the enemy could take, which was nothing because, again, I was inside his bow range.
I was laughing because, in universe, you have this one dude who can’t attack being bullied by four people CONSTANTLY stealing gil from him after breaking his knees while the fifth guy is just in the background yelling words of encouragement to the other four and occasionally psyching himself up with, what I have to imagine is a Shonen-esque hype yell. Oh man I love it.
