      I grew up in southern Germany and have never heard anyone call those things blue. I’ve heard of Blaukraut from the tongue twister and been told that it’s a different word for Rotkohl but that’s it.

        I 100% believe you I just know I heard it somewhere - I think I was watching a YouTube cooking show and they referred to it as blue
