Yeah, fear is a very potent emotion that can be directed by manipulators.
Always be skeptical of someone who appears to be feeding you fear fuel.

starelfsc2@sh.itjust.works 3 weeks agoThat’s the same issue we have right now in America, people feel scared about a lot of stuff and democrats said “you have nothing to be scared of, the economy is doing well.” Republicans accurately identified people’s fears and spoke to the reality of what they felt, i.e. trans/lgbtq stuff feels scary and different, you feel job insecure, and the economy feels bad.
It’s just what they prescribe as the solution that it gets a biiiit not great.
