Of you listen to some of Hitlers speeches with the mindset of someone not already rich in early 1930’s Germany with what they have been going through, what he is proposing and who he is blaming doesn’t actually sound all that insane.
That’s the same issue we have right now in America, people feel scared about a lot of stuff and democrats said “you have nothing to be scared of, the economy is doing well.” Republicans accurately identified people’s fears and spoke to the reality of what they felt, i.e. trans/lgbtq stuff feels scary and different, you feel job insecure, and the economy feels bad.
It’s just what they prescribe as the solution that it gets a biiiit not great.
More democrats are pointing out the fact that a lot of the problems are caused by the rich and powerful, extreme income inequality, political instability and extremism, neo feudalism, Neo colonialism, corporate cronyism,
