Giant googly eyes would be perfect for this.
You can put googly eyes on the sledge without changing its function. You can pain tthe mouth on the blade. Everytime it goes through the neck holder, it gets bloodier. Kinda like a cute vampire. 😙
The guy who gives the blade a quick 120 grit sharpen with an angle grinder can even dress up like a dentist
