You don’t seem to be referring to the post here, and don’t seem to be replying to the content of the reply you replied to.
This is the Support community. “Nobody here can help you” seems a strange response. Looking for support with Lemmy.world issues is what this community exists for.
Can you show where I pushed the responsibility for my own care on to other people?
I did the opposite of that. I made a long, detailed post explaining the difficulties I had getting an accurate diagnosis and effective medication, the understanding that led me finally doing that, the interaction of other differences between human frames of reference that led to professional confusion, and even a surface level seminar on the neurotransmitters behind the varying symptoms and how the medication I was on and the one that I switched to effect those neurotransmitters.
Nothing in any post I’ve made was looking for mental health help. It was providing information to help others who may share my symptoms and struggles in getting help for themselves.
