Some topics do genuinely require more time though. But those can and should be split into well-defined chapters.

Yup. The ones that are just a blow by blow recap are not really offering anything valuable. If there are specific chapters with points to make it can be done but generally I find even then it could benefit from knowing when to cut content.

I find most are just 2 hours of takes wrapped around 30 minutes of content.
