You only need 13 relatives to be 100% of something in the 9th generation to have 5% ancestry in it (well specifically 5.078125%, but who is counting).

US Americans are kind of obsessed with DNA genealogy. The results are mostly insignificant, they can’t tell you anything about the “nation” you are coming from. But it’s fascinating for them to imagine they are 10% Welsh and 20% German.
