Then getting the point across should be the focus. All this hysteria clouds the argument and belittles OP, someone exhausted who doesn’t get the help they need from their doctor. Seems most others here managed to do that just fine.
Rule 3 exists in every such community for a reason. Don’t ask for serious medical advice on the internet. Go. To. A. Doctor.
