I really donāt like that phrase because leaders use it as a way to abdicate their responsibilities and pretend like the shitty environment they created is someone elseās fault. There are for sure shitty manager out there (and some people quit because of them), but I think the focus on management is a red harring distracting us from the shit show that is happening at the top. Letās agree to be angry at the executives. š

I think itās both, managers are part of management anyway. They arenāt (typically) front-line workers.
