I’m aware that they collect information about me and perhaps it could be used to figure out who am I. But handing over ID is actually saying who am I, so anything I would post would be tied to my identity.
That’s still a big difference.

You are correct in that. There is a big difference, although not in what the oligarchs know about you, just about how they can abuse you with the official information.
