It can be 2 things, its also drug abuse
It’s also wild speculation. People would vanilla-eating-disorder themselves this skinny years before GLP1s came around.
Yeah ozempic bypasses willpower to make you eat less. Anorexics already have the willpower to not eat, what they lack is an accurate body image
