A lot of people died from the filters in cigarettes in America, not from the cigarette themselves. When they changed the type of filters they use, the cancer rates plumitted.

It’s kinda the opposite. Customers prefer places that pay very little. They did studies with consumers and told them one menu pays a living wage, but when they say the slight increase in prices they choose the other option.
It’s not the employer, it’s largely the customers that continue this trend

In California you pay “crv” of 10 cents on a can, and you really can’t get it back. The can has to be in perfect condition, you can only return a few at a time, and most places don’t even do crv returns. It’s literally a scam that we have accepted.

It is when you offshore all your jobs and import from slave labor countries, all while using a currency that is able to be printed from thin air effectively taxing the world because it’s a reserve currency.

Me and the friends love going out to our local lake to kayaking, and bring out own ice chest with snacks and beer. The cost to charge our cars to drive there is about 50 cents. This can easily burn up a day.
We also like getting on our ebikes and bar hopping. This can be quite expensive as each beer cost 8-12 bucks. But if we hit 4 bars it was a good night for $50 bucks.
The new skate part they opened up is well built and fun, and most of the locals that hang out there are fun. Not to many shit heads.
I also love going to Dave and busters. On Sunday it’s half price games so I get my fill of DDR for a couple of bucks and we get the $5 draft beers. If we are feeling hungry you can get the $20 food and game package.

How did transferring stick ownership help the common person, or help the government run programs?

They can’t give it to you because it’s not real.
Also your money in your account isn’t real until you take it out of the bank is true. You never heard of a rush on the bank? Your bank isn’t keeping most of your money, they are using it. The system only works if everyone believes it works, but if everyone took it the money, 90% of people would find out there money isn’t there.
Same with taxing stocks. It only works if everyone isn’t rushing to the market to sell. If we taxed stocks, the money would have to come from somewhere or the system collapses. This is why no party has dared yet taxing unsold stocks. It would collapse the system.
