Pack of frozen chicken wings, defrost before work, get home put them in a zip lock bag, pour in half a bottle of barbecue sauce, shake well, pour onto cookie sheet with aluminum foil, bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350, enjoy

I usually prep it a day before hand to really let it soak. I’d do a few days but i was told to avoid it for Barbecue sauce because of the high sugar contents and the acidity breaking down the skin.
