I played through Reloaded once! I’m not sure about Revolution though. I think it’s in my library but I’ve yet to touch it

I like looking at the signs in the game. There was one I saw today that said:
DO NOT LOOK AT, TOUCH, INGEST OR ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH ANY SUBSTANCES BEYOND THIS POINT.
It got a laugh out of me

It definitely feels like it has a lot more in Common with Sonic 1. Weren’t Sonic CD and 2 being developed at the same time? If so it’d make sense why they were done by different teams

It’s definitely a good game. It’s a little aged in a few places but nothing bad. I’d honestly say my mistake was going into it expecting an experience close to Baldur’s gate.
Darksiders I’ve always wanted to play. I did once but I was young so remember like jack shit about it. It was always that one weird game my dad bought at gamestop because an employee said it was like Zelda 16 years ago, to me

I’ve never understood for the card collecting aspect. The most someone might catch me with is buying a few precons because I want to play with my friends. And even then I’ll totally make a few fakes. I’m just playing with friends so it doesn’t really matter if they’re legit imo

That’s how I am outside of these posts. It’s pretty rare for me to comment outside these posts. I feel like I’ve found a box and I’m content to spend almost all my time inside it. I’m glad people enjoy them though! I’ve always wanted to provide some sort of public service that makes people happy. So this is certainly something I’m happy people enjoy

I’m not sure I could make it through a challenge like that. Hell. I’m struggling to make it through the Johto Pokédex as is.
I’ll have to check out Explorers of The Sky. The only experience with Mystery Dungeon is my friend one time got my to try the switch Remaster of Rescue Team so I’m down to try one of my own

Damn. I wish I had thought of that but no. I named her after Lunar Rilles. When I caught her I was just kind of naming them after the first thing that came to mind and I had the moon on my mind at the time

I love mine, thought nowadays it’s just a dedicated Pokemon and Fire Emblem Machine. Still though. I love it. Still, if there’s a bunch of games you want to try on there i say it’s worth it

I’ve been seeing a bunch of fixes online. Though seeing how many people have issues with the keyboard controls, something tells me the fixes don’t work. Still. I hope to be wrong

Controller support was a headache. I dont know if it was because I was using PS3 or what, but it took me a while to set up. And even now it’s kind of awkward

Docker has honestly been a big help. It’s nice to have everything stored in little “boxes” like that. Plus it helped with subdomains a little

I thought it might have been you! I didn’t want to assume and make a fool of myself though.
I think with the dated elements, it’s a lot like Max Payne or something like that. It’s awkward at first. But once you get the hang of it it really feels intuitive.
My only complaint was it was hard to get my PS3 Controller to play nice with it. And even then for some reason Circle is the action button which is throwing me off. And it’s hard to fault it for that because of the age and afaik nothing really plays well with PS3 controllers back then.
I was kind of worried I wouldn’t care for Sam, but honestly he’s kind of grown on me.
Absolutely loved the soundtrack too. The one that played when first booting it up for me was great

It’s a lot of fun. I find it caters more to the meta side of Pokemon fans, because as far as I can tell there’s no natural structures or anything really, I had to add a mod to that.
If you want a mod where you and your kid are just catching Pokemon and can battle and trade and stuff, it works perfect for that though
