I’ve played Infinite Fusion. I don’t think I could handle a Living Dex. The math alone would be some advanced level radicals I’m too tired to calculate. I do have some funny Pokemon from it though, like a Shits. Image

They’re achievements! I keep forgetting the screenshot function captures them but they’re icons telling me what achievements I can grab at that point in time. Super handy but annoying sometimes when it gets cluttered

I almost ended up cheating it in too. I ended up going “well. I’ll put some music on and just sail down the river once with the fishing rod. If I find something then great. Otherwise? I don’t have the time for this”

The only thing I like Milotic for is that it’s pretty. But god. From now on I might just cheat it in because holy fuck that’s a nightmare to do

I have trouble keeping patient enough to get a female starter to breed and trade to friends who pick other ones. Getting a shiny one I don’t think I could do

Damn, i’m not a big HS/SS fan so of course that’s the game without the limit lmao. I just finished my dex and moved everything over today using pkhex, if i had known it wasn’t limited on HS/SS though i might have looked more into it

This seems like one of those really niche games with a lot of depth, like how i view Touhou. I’m kind of tempted to look into it out of curiosity

I have fun doing these, even if I don’t offer as much content as the other people that are doing screenshots (I admire them for that, I’ve seen just how much planning can go into these).
In a way I like leaving a trail for people to follow and look at for game ideas. Hearing people say they learned about a game through me or decided to try one because of me makes me happy in a way I guess, because I feel like I got to broaden someone’s horizons a little and that’s a good thing. So basically, I like that I’m helping others

The latter lol. It’s a pain but really fun. I’m Mostly doing it because when I move them over to Bank on the 3DS to trade them over, the Dex entries don’t carry over for the pre evolutions. So I basically need a living Dex to get all the Dex entries in home.

I’m planning to do something similar where I just trade them up game by game. So I take my Gen 3 Living Dex over to Gen 4, then add Gen 4 into that metaphorical “pool”. Then go to Gen 5, once I get to Gen 6 though I think I’m done with a living Dex because that’s kind of all I need to fill out Pokemon Home. Anything niche I’m missing I’m sure I can catch.
I’m with you on Pearl (or, well, in my case platinum). I love gen 4 but I can only play it once, with a second play through being hard to stomach.

Does the cigar actually hurt you? The description said it’s bad for your health so don’t smoke very often, so I took that as just don’t smoke at all

It really gets confusing where to go, which I both like and don’t like. It’s fun getting lost but man, when you just want to get through the story it gets confusing

I’m hesitant about this. Majorly so. Black flag is one of my favorites, and while I really enjoyed Shadow’s gameplay, its story was so fucking long and repetitive. The beginning was great and so was the end. But the middle was awful.
I hope they don’t make any major changes to the story. It’s literally the perfect length I feel like

Phone emulators were a godsend before I had my first computer. I had an old iPhone 5 and used GBA4iOS to play through all of emerald. I think the guy who made it is still around, so I owe him a fuck ton of thanks. He literally made so much of my early gaming experience possible

It’s been a lot of fun. I know I’m not as detailed as some of the other people who do similar posts but I just have fun talking about what I’m doing and sharing with others. At the very least I’m pleased in knowing that im introducing people to new things

I might try it out! I’ve been doing a run of Shield in the background I haven’t documented at all so I might try it after that. I might even finally try to figure out VC injects too play them on my 3DS

The custom phrases are great. They’re restraining enough to force you to get creative but also has just enough freedom to do some funny things. Just today I put “I MAKE GARDEVOIR EGGS” in.

Torchic has always been my go too since my first playthrough. Something about it really made me want to pick it when I was little I guess. I’ve never been one to nickname my Torchic though until Kenneth here
