Honestly I really did think that the more a person posts the more traffic a site gets. The more traffic the more it’s publicized. I really trully thought I was doing a good thing.

Overposting makes people ignore the given posts, no? Also, that depletes what your contents pool too quickly. Need to strike a balance on how much to post to ensure a healthy feed.

With that said if it was. How come the mod come back and say something? I do appologize for that but I took it as a go ahead when it wasn’t answered. And what about at least a warning first. And like I said they are very very different questions. I mod !askhistorians@lemmy.world and got the position for being overly active. I didn’t want to mod NSQ but did not know. Seriously I did not. But a ban without a msg at least telling me to quit it or it breaks the rules of the community than an automod just says spamming. I looked at the rule before I did it then asked again with no answer.

Honestly I am.not sure about anything other than being like “Damn, Don is on one today”. Let me be clear I don’t think you deserve a ban. You’ve been around the block long enough for us to know you actually didnt mean any harm, but yeah my feed was filled.
