  That’s what they said, “right wing content”.

  The only measure by which “we need police to protect people from criminals” is less toxic than “we need to stop migration to preserve the white race” is how palatable it is to centrists. Both promote causing harm to millions of people while pretending to be necessary for the safety of you and me, tricking people into supporting egregious violence against vulnerable minorities.

  I’m not your mom, I can’t tell you how to resolve your cognitive dissonance, but the boundary you’re proposing is merely a popularity contest.

    This is the kind of toxic content I was referring to yes. People can claim to be leftist and generate toxic misinformation, people can also be conservative but go on about their lives while respecting. You may not be my mom but you definitely need one.

      But conservatives use that considerably more than leftists. Almost all of the conservative thought are based on misinformation.

        It is my feeling that people who are not really left wing or right wing themselves make misinformation content aimed at right wing - extreme right wing audience. Don’t get me wrong, fuck extreme right wings and beat a Nazi but people producing these content are either generally grifters or have some agenda they want to achieve via distrupting social order. So agree most disinformation campaigns of our decade target right wing and conservatives. Doesn’t mean it rings with every conservative, I know from personal friends that it does not.
