How many people have prayed for the sick over the years? That’s the foundation for public support of scientific research. Science is a social pursuit that shouldn’t be credited solely to some priestly class of “scientists”.

If you pray for someone to recover from being sick, and they do, it wasn’t the prayer that healed them… They just… Got better. Like normal people sometimes do.
The prayer did nothing but fulfill your own delusions.
