AgentBigCactus@lemmy.zip 10 hours agoFor some religious people, lust is a hard sin to fight. A gym can be a tough place to ignore it. It’s not hard to understand some people like some time in a place where people understand their struggles and can blow off steam without feeling judged.

That line of thinking is what leads to burquas being mandatory in some countries.
Control yourself, not other people.
And if you can’t, then get proper help (not a preacher), don’t just mask the problem.

So what do they do about summertime, beaches, or swimming pools? How does this lust manifest itself? they have to go over and talk to the women in the gym and say inappropriate things?
I get these men have issues with their ability to control themselves, I’m suggesting that a private gym isn’t the solution given how many other times in their life they will be “tested”
