Even though I have been binging Smashing Pumpkins on repeat chronological order for the last two years. I only move forward when I’ve just about had enough and I can always go backwards. After two years I have just this week made it to Pieces Isocrat.
I liked them in high school. I liked them in my 20s. But then I didn’t really listen in my 30s and 40s. I know a lot more about music now. Their stuff is so much more complicated and intricate than I understood back in the day.

My wife loved SP in high school. She found all sorts of b sides and rare tracks from box sets. They got a few really good albums.
If you haven’t seen Billy Corrigan recently, check out his new years eve show he’s been doing from his Chicago tea shop. I think he’s only done it w or 3 times. I find it funny but I don’t think I’m supposed to.

I like that they included the cat in the curtain call.
And of course this was in Turkey, where cats are basically royalty.
