Oh, I meant literally one 5 MG. And it makes me sleep like the dead, but not feel too groggy. It’s kinda magical. I’m sorry it’s not working for you.

I’m sorry, I misread the label. I guess that’s part of what lack of sleep does to me 🤣.
This is what I take, and it works I would say like 20% of the times (or those times I’m just so tired I think it’s the melatonin?)

Damn, I didn’t know they went that high. I’ve always seen 5-10. I guess I’m happy 5mg works so well for me, I didn’t realize I was such a baby.
