Thank you based Internet autist for doing the legwork and sharing your obsession of lexicography and cryptography 🩵
I think your initial hypothesis is correct, that the author simply pasted an English word into an English/ASCII to Hieroglyphic converter, with the second word being Angry, the likely first word being “Very” (4) and shit out some hieroglyphics.
Ironic, considering the punchline of the joke

𓌂𓐍𓏏𓁐 seems to mean Sekhmet according to Wikipedia. So the full thing is “Sekhmet angry”.

Damn, DuckDuckGo is bad at searching weird characters. Should have checked that, thanks

Random weird symbols, you’re from a non-US country -> Clearly must be something related to you. On-point for DDG’s always-shitty results, at least from my experience. :<

Try the Tutankhamun code. I see home pages of Google Translate, Wiktionary, Roblox and some Unicode tables, and a Wiktionary entry for another hieroglyph. Only the last result actually contains the hieroglyph sequwnce. With local results enabled, I get the same nonsense but in Czech.
