trublu@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 weeks agoIt’s the main ingredient in your dog’s heartworm prevention medication as well. I’m no doctor, I’m sure there’s some human application of the drug, but I’ve always seen it in a veterinary context.

It’s used for parasite treatment. You know…if you’re infected with parasites, not COVID/flu/have a headache.
