Our HR person has some truly heinous nicknames in our business and they live up to all of them, almost gleefully.

A HR woman from head office is in this week. She seems like your typical Disney Adult and her laptop is covered in all these cute rainbow stickers. Itâs so funny how all HR people are like this when they have one of the most functionally evil roles in an organisation

Are they aware of any of these nicknames?
SpinMeAround@aussie.zone â¨4⊠â¨weeks⊠ago
I very, very highly doubt it. Sheâs far enough removed from the actual business that nothing like that would get to her.

Sounds about right too. Probably in cosy with the owner or leadership team and you only hear from her every 6 months about some new pointless program theyâve set up or something youâre not supposed to do anymore

They saw Umbridge in Harry Potter and thought âIâma steal that aesthetic and vibe yesâ

HR seems to be made up of well meaning, bookish women who wish they worked at some cottagecore library and are completely unaware their job is to be the sondercommandos of capital

Or ex-kindergarten teachers.
