StudChud@aussie.zone â¨4⊠â¨weeks⊠agoHeâs losing his head at the people in class who are older and tech illiterate honestly. Little patience for those who are a bit slower at following instructions. I get it, because it is simple stuff, but itâs making the other students feel like their questions are stupid so theyâre afraid to ask him for help, so theyâre asking me (which is burning me the fuck out tbh looool).
Like, one older gentleman is just not getting it at all, and the teacher muttered âJesus Christâ under his breath. Except itâs a small room and we all heard him.
Itâs fucking hilarious. Like heâs teaching unemployed people who are struggling, but itâs very inaccessible to people who donât use computers.

The teacher is at fault.
He has given these classes before and knows the kinds of students he gets and their needs. He should be refering them to basic computer classes at the local library on the first day.
and đ¤Źat the teacher, I know for most these older people itâs not innate inability itâs extreme inexperience and nervousness. They think itâs going to be really hard, they think they will make mistakes and âbreakâ things. People like the teacher do not help.
I am reminded of Pauline at the Job Centre www.youtube.com/watch?v=Or6CwOyx30I

I have made things disappear many times. Recently it was speakers. I thought I was pretty clever pairing my phone to them until the man couldnât locate them on his phone. Turns out Iâd wiped them from his phone to mine and relabelled them. đ¤ˇââď¸
I always get asked how I do stuff and I always reply with I donât know. I seriously need supervision.

You did nothing wrong in pairing the speakers. This is how it works. The removing of previous pairings is part of the process.

I couldâve ask and he wouldâve helped me set it up properly. He wasnât mad, more amused. Iâm a little gang ho on the OK buttons.
