I lile pur landlord.
He lets me into his pool, I offer my IT skills for their upkeep.
He keeps the rent relatively low.
Everyone is more or less happy.

What kind of nonsense is this? You could have the same relationship with that person, with a cheaper mortgage than your rent, while building equity.
