If you’re just out, driving along, minding your own business, and you accidentally hit a deer or maybe you find one that’s already been run over, well…. Yea untill accidently one time your driving on pcp and you hit a pedestrian thinking it’s a deer and boom you have not just necrophilia charges but rape charges because he wasn’t quite dead when you started.
