At one point as a teen, 3 times if I had to time, but usually twice just because of lack of opportunity. In my 20’s, usually once a day (and it just felt like a chore). Near 30, I started second puberty (HRT) and rarely did for a while (and sometimes only to make sure things kept working). Now probably a couple times a week (early 30’s still). I don’t think anything is weird about any of the various frequencies I’ve had over the years.
